Pay your tuition and fees in full at the Cashier Window located in the Admissions Center. Payment options include cash, check, debit, Visa, or MasterCard.

Pay Online

Paying online is easy and secure through ctcLink. You can use your credit or debit card to pay in full, or set up a Tuition Payment Plan. Student ID number and Global PIN required.

Deadlines

If not enrolled in a payment plan, tuition is due in full BEFORE the first day of the quarter. Tuition is due the Tuesday before classes begin.

If not enrolled in a payment plan, or if tuition is not paid in full by the first day of classes, classes will be dropped for nonpayment.

You’re paying for school on your own
Financial aid didn't cover all your tuition and fees
You missed the financial aid deadline and your financial aid won’t be processed in time

Payment plans allow you to pay tuition in smaller, more convenient monthly payments. Payments Plans can ONLY be set up online. Payments are automatically charged to a credit/debit card or withdrawn directly from a bank account. Enrollment by target dates is required, so be sure to check out the Tuition Payment Plan page.

Setting up Your Payment Plan

Before you setting up your payment plan, you should…

Be registered for classes
Have your Student ID and Global PIN
Know that the $30 non-refundable fee for setting up a payment plan will be processed IMMEDIATELY

Missed the Financial Aid Deadline?

Students who have been approved for financial aid by the priority application deadline will automatically have their classes held.

If you completed your FAFSA/WASFA after the priority application deadline, your financial aid file may not be processed in time. To avoid being dropped for non-payment, speak with the Financial Aid office to ensure that your funds will be processed in time.

If financial aid funds will not be processed in time, you have the option to enroll in the payment plan and be reimbursed when your funds become available.
